1Delete it in the app
The fastest way. Deletion happens immediately.
- Open the ParkTag app and sign in with your phone number.
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning and tap Delete to confirm. You’ll be signed out once your data has been removed.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Please use the steps above or the email option below.

Send an email from any address to a99solutions@gmail.com with:
- The subject “Delete my ParkTag account”
- The phone number registered to your account
To protect you, we may send a one-time code to that number to confirm the request is really yours. We complete email requests within 30 days, and confirm by email once it’s done.

Permanently deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number and CNIC
- Your sign-in account
- All your vehicles and their details (make, model, plate, colour, registration details)
- Vehicle photos and RC card images
- Your QR stickers — they stop working immediately
- All conversations you took part in, including text and voice messages, for both participants
- Push notification tokens and sign-in code records
Kept for a limited time
- Backups: copies may remain in secure, encrypted backups for up to 30 days, then are erased automatically.
- Server logs: technical logs that may contain your account ID are kept for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
- Legal: limited records we are required by law to keep, only for as long as the law requires.
Nothing is kept for advertising or sold to anyone.
